RLS has recently been engaged by this client to re-subdivide a 20 acre parcel of land in Colorado Springs. This land has been subdivided several different times with many different permitted uses, but the bank now wants to broaden the permitted uses to allow for them to sell the property to end users quickly in this market. RLS will work with the City to negotiate these changes to the current entitlements, manage the broker and the engineer/planner to most effectively lay out the lots to provide for the most marketable product.
