RLS was hired by Capmark Bank to conduct the due diligence and feasibility analysis on undeveloped property Capmark acquired in Westminster, CO. This property had been platted and planned for a purpose that was no longer the highest and best use of the property. RLS worked with both the City of Westminster and real estate brokers to determine what the most profitable use of the property would be in the current market. RLS then determined the best way to achieve that result within the current zoning situation and what changes could be made to the entitlements to benefit the property.
